I just want to thank you for this plugin and making it a widget. I love it. I needed a countdown plugin and found it tonight. A quick install later followed by 15 minutes of adding dates of conventions resulted in a great list of countdowns for my visitors.

Now they won't forget about attending their favorite cons. There's just one thing I wish I could change. The phrasing of "x more sleeps until event." I'm less than enthusiastic about the word sleeps and would love to change that to something else. How do I do that?

Is there a way we can change the font size and alignment of the java countdown? On Red-oak.org we would like to have this in a large font, centered at the top. We’ve got it placed where we want it in the header, but we can’t get it to center nor can we figure out how to enlarge the font size.

I love this plugin and the java countdown But when the event ended, I want the countdown display "x days y hours.... since the event". Only the normal countdown do it, and the java countdown will not display like this. I can simple edit the java file, it is a simple code.

Yes, it is compatible with WP 2.2. You can just create a plugins/widgets directory and then dump this plugin’s files in there

Just curious if this is WP 2.2 compatible? If so, I’m not sure where to install… the sidebar widgets plugin is deprecated since widgets are built in, and there is no plugins/widgets directory. Thanks so much for developing this.
