How to Keep Questions Selected on the Board? | Family Feud | Forum

Is there any way to keep the questions selected on the board? Currently you are required to keep the mouse over the question in order for it to remain on the board. I'd also like it so that while one questions is selected no matter if you hover the other questions they won't be shown. Has anyone found a viable solution for figuring out who controls the board? (custom buzzers, etc?)
