I am also a new koodo user and not very tech minded. I was told that my internet would be disabled and that I would only be able to access wifi. I have been a customer for just 19 days and was texted to day (by Koodo) to advise me that I have used more than $10 worth of data this month and that maybe I should be looking at a data plan. Can someone please tell me what my setting should be on my phone in order to avoid this? I have an LG Optimus phone. Thanks
even if you block data on your phone, some apps will enable it or tell you to enable it. my kids will do whatever the apps tell them to do. you can call Koodo and ask for "data block" to be added. It was free when I did a few weeks ago, but had to tell the person on the phone it existed.
