I recently became a Koodo user cause I was sales talked by a Koodo rep in Future Shop telling me that there is no activation fee and no contract.I did not choose the pink colored phone which is for free cause rep said it is old style not good. So I chose Motokzr which is shiny black cause rep said it is new model but there is a charge of $25 for this plus tax. Now that I signed up for Koodo self serve to pay my bills I found out that the cell phone I chose is also for free in the website, how come at the store it is not for free.I feel now that I was duped by the sales rep named Peter and I do not feel I could totally trust this company now.Also they said there is no activation fee but in my first bill they already added a $2 fee for activation.Please help me understand why I was charged for the phone that I chose when it is free?Help, help, help!!!
