Other than calling customer service (they're closed for the evening), is there anyway I can get my client account # so that I can set-up Self-Serve?

You can local your account by looking at the paper that was printed off when you purchased the phone. This paper tells you everything about your account. It tells you the account number, your PIN, what is included in your plan, and many, MANY otehr helpful things…

The pin would have been a 4,5 or 6 digits numeric codes (That does not start with 0) That you would have chosen yourself upon activation of the phone for security purposes

i just activated my account with a koodo rep in person, and she did not set up a pin for me. the 611 line is closed for the night. what now?
