lol those are premium messages .. it means you signed up for a subscription. Thats not Koodo.. its the third party company that you signed up for!!!

AND Why would a company STEAL from your CC??? if you set up pre-authorized payments on your account.. Koodo is taking money to pay your bills WITH your discretion….. hahahahahahahahahaha

My daughter's phone bill says she signed up for one and is being charged $10 per month. The thing is she never signed up for anything? Can anyone tell me how this can be removed from her phone so we are no longer getting charged for it???? HELP PLEASE

They did the same thing to my mother. I mean, absolutely NO WAY she would have signed up for any of these 3rd party advertisements. She's barely able to get on facebook and would NEVER put her cell number on any web site or form other than a doctors sheet or something like that. Then she starts getting these $2 text messages and Koodo says they can't do anything about it. I assumed this was a random thing but after coming on here and reading these comments I'm starting to believe that the company itself is probably behind this whole thing. What kind of sense does it make when you (as a customer) are being unjustly charged horrendous amounts of money every month for something you had NO HAND in what-so-ever and your phone company tells you that there is nothing they can do about it?!?! Like seriously! They told my brother (calling for my mom) to call the cops. Really? And what should we tell them? Our phone company is charging us tons of money for something we didn't sign up for? They'd laugh us out of the station. Seriously. Pathetic. Koodo are a bunch of crooks and so is every other phone company out there. Just seems like these tards are out for more blood than others. :<

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. ONLY I DONĂˆT EVEN TEXT. I HAVE BEEN WITH 4 DIFFERENT CELL PHONE COMPANIES SINCE THE CELL PHONE BECAME A HOUSEHOLD ITEM. NEVER HAVE I RECEIVED SO MANY BOGUS CHARGES. THEY EITHER CELL OUR NUMBERS 2 THIRD PARTIES OR THEIR SECURITY IS CONSTANTLY BEING HACKED.
