Neil Adams and his Canadianmagicjack.ca Ltd is a SCAM. What company will accept payment for a product and never deliver. "Scam man Adams" (I think he should be referred to as Scam man Adams) will not return my phone calls or reply to my emails. Do you know that his latest phone number is now disconnected. 800-493-0740 disconnected 888-645-6443 disconnected. Send an e-mail to his personal Address nadams@canadianmagicjack.ca and he will not reply. Well "Scam man Adams" took my $70.00 and how many others did he scam out of their money. I intend to file a complaint and try to put him out of business. Pay Pal has been informed and hopefully that will stop the online ordering. Please everyone let us see that he gets 5 to 10 for fraud.

Ken, I like the term "scam man Adams". I have been fighting with him for 3 months with similar results. Finally I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and guess what, I got a refund. Maybe we should all try to get him 5 to 10 (without bail). By the way he has a new number 888-886-6463. The BBB says that if a company changes their 800 number so often i is usually a 'scam'.

Ken what is your full name that is the only way CANADIANMAGICJACK.CA LTD can see if you were in “fact” ripped off $70.00 by as you say: (Scam man Adams).

CANADIANMAGICJACK.CA LTD has yet to receive any complaints from anyone name KEN or RODNEY as the BBB will show.

Oh and by the way RODNEY the Better Business Bureau does not offer refunds so please tell everyone on this Blog reading this how in fact you received a refund from the BBB?

Well I purchase from scam man in Janauary and he never delivered. I filled a complaint with the BBB and we were suppose to have settled with him giving me my refund of $194.20 US. Never received anything so contacted BBB and they sent him a message. His response was that I needed to file a charge back with my credit card company. Unfortunately since it is over the 90 day dispute period my credit card company can do anything. This scam artist Mr. Neil Adams knows that if he drags his feet long enough he can get away with your money. I truly hope that what they say about Karma actually happens to Mr. Adams.

I bought magic (US) over a year ago. I am very satisfied as the product delivers. I simply wanted to share that mine works perfectly fine and that I have cancelled my plan with ATT and now use magicjack for my local and long distance calls.
