Hi,
congratulation for this plugin very usefull, simple and well done.

i'm absolutely not practical with PHP, so i need some help.
i would like that the email notification for a new post on review contains an active link to the post to approve instead of a simple text format.
How can i do this?

Hi, most e-mail clients should auto-link the URL even if it's a plain text e-mail.

If you need to send an HTML e-mail, you'll have to research setting the content type to HTML. WordPress might have a PHP interface for this.
