Hi, the spam could either be coming from a registered user (check to see whether you force registered users to enter the word) or a spambot has either cracked or targeted our site. Therefore, if it is the latter situation, try switching to the math anti-spam or random anti-spam versions or simply find another plugin.

In general, I also recommend switching the fonts and words regularly.
