Hello all,

I have been given the task to design a website for our city's softball league. I used to design webpages about ten years ago and thought I could jump right back into it. Boy was I wrong. The last two weeks have been a rather interesting learning experience and if it weren't for my old friend I would still be completely lost.

I have a few questions that might help me with your League Standings scripts.

1) Am I able to change the settings so that it has the same format and colours as the rest of my site? If so can you give me a quick how-to

2) Am I able to keep track of all the teams players?

3) We don't have different conferences only different divisions. Am I able to get rid of the conference section?

4) Am I able to change the format so that the standings, past scores, and upcoming games are all on seperate pages?

Thanks in advance for anyone who decides to help this born again newbie. ;)
Cheers and have a great day

1) Yes, by adding your own CSS.
2) You'd need quite a bit of custom coding.
3) You could link directly to the "conference" view that lists all divisions.
4) Certainly, although you'd have to be a bit careful to extract the relevant parts in standings.php to other files.

Thank you very much Peter. I am using your scripts and coding to learn SQL

I have a lot of modifications that need to be made and am no where near competent enough to handle them.

I'm not sure if you do side work but I am willing to pay you to help me with my league.

Regards,
Adam

At the moment I'm not taking on more work, but the script is not massive enough to require specialized knowledge — most PHP developers should be able to help.
