Alright coming to the bad parts of your review. Most of it is fair except for the fact that you missed out on the send via email feature.

If you send a song via email to your friend and he/she does not have the zune software installed, they can still hear a preview of the song online on the zune site.

You also missed out to highlight the features of podcast subscription in Zune Software. Unlike iTunes, you can select number episodes to each series individually.
