I know this has been asked a dozen times, and Ive gone through every single thread to try and resolve this issue myself. However, I seem to still be overlooking something Plz Help

I download the package and try to run the .exe but there are no questions showing up. I've even tried to edit the questions in notepad then try reopening. I don't get an error message for syntax, but there is still no questions showing. Only thing I can click on is the team names to change. No sound fx work either.
