You might have some incorrect formatting being generated in questions.xml. Look at it in Notepad, WordPad, or a similar text editor (not Microsoft Word) and look for an unclosed tag or a quote included within the questions or answers.

I am trying to follow the instructions, but once I use the question and answer creator, I can't open index.html in my browser. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
