Ok I figured it out. It didn't save my file! That's why. Weird. but it's working now!

I have updated the questions in NotePad. Resaved it as questions.xml, and opened index.html. My questions are not showing up.

I've double checked for missing closures/tags, and it all seems to be in order.

Not sure what is wrong here. Am I missing a step?
