The plan which your on with the 50 mins 50 text messages doesnt say anywhere that you have umlimited incoming calls, unless you have a package with the unlimited incoming calls or you add on the feature hen every calls which you make or receive will come out of your daytime mins. 1800 calls use your airtime mins its an outgoing call.

I have the Talk & Text Combo for $25 with the Samsung Intensity and I can assure you 1-800 numbers will not cost you any extra fees. I often check my bank account balance with it and never been charged. Since you have 50 minutes, a 1-800 call will count against that along with all incoming/outcoming calls as they are considered "airtime". With the Talk and Text Combo I have 100 minutes, unlimited text and unlimited local calling from 7pm to 7am and on weekends. For me the extra $10 was worth it, hope this helps.

I just purchased a package for $15 for 50 texts a month, and 50 minutes a month from Koodo

I get charged for incoming calls outside T.O I believe.

Will I be charged for dialing out 1-800 numbers?
