        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I must admit that I've been using Koodo for 3 years &#38; I like everything except they DO need to improve their customer service. Some of their employees are very rude &#38; totally inflexible &#38; take decisions on their instead of checking with their superiors &#38; won't even allow you to speak with one.</p>
<p>There was a mistake in my extra texting &#38; the rep. would in NOOOO way consider looking at it &#38; was very rude. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, he wouldn't &#38; when I insisted, he put me on hold &#38; left!!!<img class="sfsmiley" src="http://www.theblog.ca/wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-cry.gif" alt="Cry" /></p>
<p>Otherwise, I'm enjoying Koodo's phone &#38; plan VERY much &#38; planning to renew with them.<img class="sfsmiley" src="http://www.theblog.ca/wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-smile.gif" alt="Smile" /></p>
