Ya! I got the same confusion as well, but their call display is display on other people cell not yours.

When you go self serve, click on plan, it will show you plan detail, you will see call display is for outbound.

Meand other people know you but you don't whos calling you except you add-on call display for $6/month

call display is not included in any koodo plans.

Problem with getting cell svc. with bestbuy,walmart etc... is that they deal with all svc. providers and often get confused. This is not koodo's fault it is a fault of the store so speak with the stores manager and hopefully you also have supporting paperwork.

I recently purchased a Koodo cell phone from Best Buy here in Toronto and was told by the sales person there that call display was included with my plan
of $25 a month.It is not included.I tried to cancel it from the website to no avail.Does anyone in the forum know anything about this.I am a student and on fixed income so I really have to budget my money.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
