I have a #35 plan and it's pretty good. best plan so far in Canada I think...free texting, free incomming, 150 min, CID, 6pm free...
Customer service is not bad so far too.
No smartphones though with this plan, obviously. But then again, I'm a university student who doesn't give a F#@# about Apps and Data plan...I mean I have a laptop at home where I can check my emails and whatnot. if you've to waste time on youtube, you can go home and do it, why pay extra for Data???
I could never pay over 40$/mo

Anyways,

They've good reception, of course.
If you are not blind and know what contract you are signing; you know, READ before you sign stuff and do your research, keep your receipts and contracts, pay on time, you won't run into problems.

As far as CSRs are concerned, it depends. I have noticed though that smaller the company, nicer the CSRs...but again that isn't a fact.
