I can't believe the way the Koodo customer service crew treats their paying customers. I was notified that my bill was 300$ this month, and when I called to find out why, not only did they refuse to answer my question, the crew had a snobby and out right rude attitude. They immediately began to argue and intterupt me. Not only am I refusing to pay my bill now, I am also cancelling my account with Koodo and switching to a company who gives a damn about their customers. I am open to suggestions. RIP Koodo.
