Hello

Depends on your Local Calling Area.

For Example: If your phone number is based in Montreal and you visit Toronto. All the calls you recieve and make in Toronto are charged long distance. (Even calls within Toronto).

If you stay in Montreal and someone calls you outside of Montreal (Say from Toronto) you will still be charged long distance for the incoming call.

It kind of confusing but I hope you get it.

If I'm in Montreal and I'm visiting Toronto and someone calls me or if I decide to call my friends in Montreal will I get charged long distance? and if I'm in Toronto and someone in Toronto calls me or I call them will I get charged long distance?
