Koodo can transfer your phonebook to your new phone. However, I am unaware that koodo sends you a replacement phone for $25....
you should just get it fixed as long as you are within your 1 year warranty. It's free (they hold a $75 deposit) for the loaner phone until yours comes back in.

Hey,

I have a phone that I purchased less than a year ago through Koodo and its having some problems. I don't really want to have a fixed/ refurbished phone so I'm going to try and get a new one. As I understand it you can pay $25 and you get a replacement. Heres my Question, How can I transfer my pictures and possibly contact list on to the new phone (which should be the same number) Can Koodo do that at the Kiosk?

Thanks

Alex
