        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>In Canada, only phones that run on the Rogers network (Rogers, Fido, 7-Eleven Speak Out Wireless, Petro Canada Mobility) have SIM cards. Other phones do not have SIM cards. Therefore, you *probably* (I can't say for sure) either need a new Koodo phone or a phone from a previous Koodo user.</p>
