Hi there,
I am unaware that you can actually change the amount of rings until a call hits your voicemail. That is definitely not a phone setting and I believe it is Koodo-specific but can not be changed.

i don't know if this is a koodo-specific question or a samsung-specific question, but any help would be appreciated...

so, after resisting getting a cell phone for years i finally caved and signed up with koodo. my phone is a samsung u410 and so far so good; i don't need anything fancy. however, i can't seem to change the number of rings that occur before voicemail picks up - i'd like it to be less than the 5 it currently is. any advice?
