        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I don't have music on my phone and i don't use the web on it.. what is the "Music subscription" that i'm being charged for!... well the charge actually goes on my spending cap but i want to know what that is! I do text once in a while and i know the charges go towards the spend cap aswell. That's fine. I was up to $50 on the Cap balance.. then i paid my bill early and now the cap is down to 10 dollars.. does it also go down by early payment!?? how does that work?!!!??
