Well, you can't fault the price, but it keeps happening that I'm talking to my friend and suddenly there is dead air and a fast busy signal and she's gone. This happened often enough for me to contact Magic Jack and I was told to disconnect everything, wait 2 minutes and re-connect and then everything would be fine. WRONG! It's still happening on a regular basis as is really frustrating. I had heard from other people that this is a common problem with Magic Jack, so I guess since I am committed for 5 years, I guess it's something I'll have to live with, but I don't know I would go this route again.
