See the installation instructions for WordPress MU. Note that the registration form feature still only works with normal WordPress installations.

The other update for this release is that the font and sounds folders can be configured in the $cas_fontpath and $cas_soundpath settings. The folder structure has been revised so that only the main plugin and readme files reside in the base directory.
