If so, I would suggested turning on WP_DEBUG (http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG) to see what useful errors there are when you activate the plugin (which is when it tries to create the database tables).

I checked the database and there are NO tables for your plugin.
I would love some help getting your plugin working as it looks very cool.
