That feature hasn't been thoroughly tested on WordPress multi-site, but it should work on individual blogs within the setup. To get a more specific database error message, I would suggest temporarily turning on WP_DEBUG: http://codex.wordpress.org/Deb....._WordPress

I am simply trying to redirect post-registration users to update their profile in another page but I get the above error message when I save the redirect entry. This is the only box I am completing.
