Out of the box, no. You might be able to make use of WordPress's "default_password_nag" user property. Otherwise, you'll have to build a custom record of who has already logged in.

The old Register Plus plugin allowed you to set a redirect for when somebody logged in the very first time, is that possible with this plugin? So I mean only redirect to custom url on first login, but not afterwards.
