Not sure. Could be that you added a rule different than what you thought or it could actually be caused by another plugin. You can always access the admin panel directly (by default it's /wp-admin) after being redirected to deactivate the plugin.

Help! activated plugin and have one redirection for user other than admin. Now admin login goes to page and no dashboard control.
