I have an annoying peson texting me all the time and wish to block…does anyone tell me if this can be done with koodo? Or do I need to call my service provider?

I think you can.

Call the customer service to get the blocking code.

I use to get advertisement text message that charge me $2 per message, I have contact the customer service to tell them my situation, he has waive my charge and told me to use a code. When you receive the text message you just key in the code it will be blocked forever, mine actually stopped.
You can also ask the CSR to block the person for your cell, I forgot the code is # sign & 67? Please check with the CSR and remember it if you have plenty.
