Hey everyone ! I recently bought a Koodo Mobile and I have Unlimited Texting. My first question is: Does this include international text messaging? And 2nd question: I received my first bill and there's a section on the bill that says " Text Messages Received" and "Text Messages Sent". I haven't texted internationally yet, but if I do text internationally, will there be a section on the bill that says " International Text Messages Sent" and "International Text Messaged Received". Or will all the texts received/sent be included in the "Text messages received/sent"?

On the bill, will it say " International texts received" and "International texts sent"?

my e-bill online does not distinguish between if the txt msg are international or not, just shows text messaging – sent and text messaging – recieved.

Yes, thank-you for the clarfication. But I am also wondering if I text internationally, on the bill ( the one i receive through mail) will it show I texted internationally, or will all my text messages be under one section ( Texts received/sent)?

international text messages do not show up under the headings of the other text messages. they have their own little tittle.

If you are not seeing the two different headers for International Texting and normal Texting, this means that you have not sent any International Text messages.

It will tell you, on your paper bill too, how many Text messages you sent and how many International text messages you sent and recieved.

well i dont have the two different headings on my e-bill and i send numerous text msgs to Jamaica everyday, and that person receives them…so i dunno…

No no no, he/she is asking about the actual paper, tangible bill that you receive in the mail, in an enveloppe. He/She wants to know if all the sent/received International texts will appear under a seperate heading I.E. INTERNATIONAL TEXTS. or if it'll just include those texts in the regular Receved/sent text messages. Apaprently they do, however have they're own catagory for International texting. i just got my bill:)

hi everyone,i am in the United Arab Emirates and have a friend there that i regularly send text messages which she receives when she was still using another provider.but since she shifted to koodo,she says that she never receives any of my text messages,although she can recive my calls,and the messages she sents to me i recive successfully.any reason for this to happen?thanks

I have the same problem…i can send international txt n calls, can receive international calls, but cannot receive international txt. The person sending me international txts can send numerous other international txts to other ppl with no problems, but just I never get these msgs…i can recieve local msgs just fine. I do not know if this is a common problem with Koodo or not. I have had 3 different phones all with Koodo and I have never ever been able to receive international text.

I am able to recieve and send texts to the UK no problem. Maybe it's just a random fluke with your phone?
