Have been getting the following error even after entering the right word. Doesn't happen all the time, but it happens quite often that people who comment on my blog have started complaining. Any ideas??

My guess is that you're using a caching plugin that is showing the same image to many people. Try enabling the "Use JavaScript to generate anti-spam code" setting in the plugin or, if your caching plugin supports it, wrap the anti-spam code in the relevant "don't cache this" code.
