Hi there,
I have a Koodo phone and was wondering about international text messaging. I have the Talk and Text Combo plan which gives me unlimited texting, 100 minutes a month and free calling after 7pm and free on weekends. I have been texting my friends in Manitoba and I live in Ontario. Recently my friend has travelled to the United States. I was wondering, since she bought her phone in Manitoba and I have unlimited texting, Will It cost me more than what I normally pay to text her?

No, it will not cost you more if she is roaming. In fact, for text messages, I don't think she will pay extra either. (She will pay more to receive calls though.)

I just got my Koodo phone and I live in New Brunswick. I am travelling to New Hampshire this summer and I was wondering if I would get hit with any roaming charges for texting people from New Hampshire. I have the More Talk and Text combo with Unlimited Messaging, 300 minutes, and 5 pm evenings and weekends
