Kodoo Customer Service Is Inept and Impossible

I am now in my SIXTH month of trying to resolve a billing problem caused by Kodoo. When I signed up, I signed up for online billing yet never received a bill. After a month I contacted Kodoo several times and alerted them; never got a bill. I called, and was told they couldn't provide me with any detailed information, just that I oiwed a certain amount. I went to a kisok in Edmonton, had my phone and ID, and they couldn't help me either. Could tell me how much I owed -- which was dramatically higher than what I had signed up for -- but could not give a detailed accounting. I called multiple times and was on hold for 50 minutes or more, talked to multiple customer service representatives, asked to speak to supervisors -- and was either disconnected or sat on hold and never had a supervisor pick up. Once, I held for 40 minutes after I was told a customer service surpervisor would be with me in a few minutes. I called, emailed, did everything I could -- still no bill. Now they have sent my account to collections. They provided the collections agency with my account number and all the information that they would never give to me as their customer. The collections agent said, "You'll just have to pay and work it out with them afterwards." What crap. I can't see how these guys stay in business.

I feel for you. After only six months of using my phone it started having reoccurring problems and I knew I needed to get it fixed or it would most likely get worse in the future. I phone koodo and the workers seem to have one goal, to keep you on the phone as long as possible without resolving any of your problems. Everytime you start asking what they can do to fix your problem they put you on hold or start rambling on about the most basic ways of resolving your problem. They told me "turn your phone on then off and your problem should be fixed". What? Like I didn't already try that?! They said they couldn't return it because it was against their "policies". They told me they could get it repaired but never told me how they just and they used distraction methods to confuse me from getting any help. To top it all off there worker did not speak clear English and many times I would have to ask him to repeat himself 4-5 times and he would become quite snarky. Koodo's customer service gets two thumbs down from me. You are absolutely correct when you say that their customer arrive is inept and impossible.
