Hi everyone.
I'm french from France. I went to Canada and spent 8 months there. I am with Koodo but now I don't need it anymore.
I have to pay my bills but they can't make the payment with my visa. I need there IBAN or swift code, there bank informations.
Does someone would be able to help me?

It's because you have an international credit card and due to fraud reasons they don't accept those online. If you paid your bill before you left at one of their shops you could have used your visa card. Have you tried calling them and pay through the call center?
