Just curious has anyone had any Keybo phone issues with the screen?

My son just bought a keybo phone because it has the keyboard which he needs due to circumstances instead of a flip phone. He purchased this phone with his own money from cutting lawns. We needed this phone because it texts is a security for him in many ways.

He bought it in September and the other day he went to text me at work and the inside screen was black. He has not dropped this and looks after this phone because he needs to. We went to get it fixed under warranty and this will take 4 to 6 weeks. The only phone they could provide him was a flip which will not work we call customer support directly to explain our issue and they could not provide any phone with a full keyboard. But I could buy another phone.

I am writing this because if you are buying a phone that you required for medical, security reasons do not use these people they don't get what a 4 to 6 week repair period means for us. Not to even have one phone that has keyboard capablities when many customers rely on this is beyond us.

When the phone comes back we will be moving to a provider that is actually useful as we received nothing but resistance. Guys this is future business this was his first phone...he doesn't think much of your customer support especially when we were told we had to call customer service again to hold our billing until the phone comes back...
