Do not get fooled by koodo's advertisement. If you want out of the contract you have to pay the tab. Their phone break so easily, and then u need to get it repaired.

If you have any issues at all. No one will help you. trust me.:frown:

You are not giving much detail about what happened. Of course you have to pay for your phone when you are leaving. You didn't pay for it when you got. When you car breaks down don't you have to repair it as well?

Hows this for worst customer service ever. I have recieved dozens of calls sometimes twice a day about my oustanding account with Koodo. heres the problem.. I dont have an account with koodo. never have. nor telus for that matter.. I have called everytime trying to resolve it and guess what ive been told time and time again!? I CANT and I WONT help you. literally!!! I had a guy today tell me he refused to transfer me to a supervisor because he cant help me and they dont take complaints lol I've done the no call list thing, no luck, I've filed with the BBB just waiting on that, but even they were baffled when i called lol I couldnt fill out the proper form because it asks how long youve been with the company.. NEVER?! I havent even so much as called about promotions or read through a brochure.. and they still everytime refuse to stop calling because they couldnt possibly have made the mistake of calling the wrong person. I even had one agent run my name and information and he said nothing came up.. well if nothing comes up.. doesnt that usually mean i'm not a customer? wouldn't that justify stopping the calls? I've been trying to deal directly with koodo for 12 months trying to get someone to stop the calls I've even been told by a supervisor that I must be lying because he's never seen a mistake like that before.. I pray he was having a bad day and he doesn't honestly believe koodo doesn't make mistakes lol poor telus.. it's like having a kid thats completely out of controland instead of disciplining it, telling everyone, well... theres nothing i can do to stop em.

And that's why I never set up any cell service by automatic withdrawals. It's bad enough you have your bank coming after you as well. It would really get nasty if one of these companies like Koodo decided to charge you with those random data charges their notorious for. When will it end Koodo.Stop playing stupid and be up front with the customer. Why else would they charge so much for data usage? I had one of their phones, kept logging me into facebook at odd times. In the end Koodo played stupid and refused my request to remove the charges so I could just take care of the bill. Bad business, bad customer service and poor data plans don't help your reputation, but what do they care now their on top as one of the leading cell providers.
