I purchased the LG Keybo last weekend and switched to Koodo. I previously had another phone equipped with an MP3 player that used a MicroSD card. I tried inserting the card into my new phone, but the player doesn't recognize there are any songs on the card. When I check the memory on the card - through the Phone, it shows there is data on the card. I formatted the card and downloaded the music again. I tried this using Windows Media Player and RealPlayer. While the music shows while the device is connected via the USB connection, the player still shows no music. Any ideas of what I am possibly doing wrong, or what could be the problem?
Thanks

I had this problem when I tried to add music to my son's phone. I found out that the phone will not recognise a WMA format, only a MP3 one. Which format are your songs in? This might not be the issue but then again...

I am having the same problem. I loaded the card with WMA and that did not work. I reformated in MP3 and the music shows on the card as space used (same as it did in WMA) however when the card is in the phone it still says no songs found on memory card.
Can anyone help

I have a microSD 4GB in my Keybo. I had problems at first with my MP3s, but I found when I did the following, it worked.

1. Put empty microSD card into phone and let the phone format the folders.
2. Put the card into your computer, drop all your MP3 files into the music folder.
3. Put the card back in your phone.

Voila, music.
