Today I called the company and had a question regarding a past due bill I received. I closed my account in April and now they are saying I owe them money. I have paid my bill and owe nothing, I called customer service and spoke with two men. One said my account was from Jan. and they "forgot" to tell me about the charge. The next said to disregard what the other one said because what he was saying was correct. I owe them money and that's that!!! Customer service sucks!!!! very rude
