I must admit that I've been using Koodo for 3 years & I like everything except they DO need to improve their customer service. Some of their employees are very rude & totally inflexible & take decisions on their instead of checking with their superiors & won't even allow you to speak with one.

There was a mistake in my extra texting & the rep. would in NOOOO way consider looking at it & was very rude. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, he wouldn't & when I insisted, he put me on hold & left!!!Cry

Otherwise, I'm enjoying Koodo's phone & plan VERY much & planning to renew with them.Smile
