So, I changed my number to a different one on the selfserve website. The website displays my NEW number, but every time I try to text/make a call, it fails or has the busy tone! My phone also displays my OLD phone number even though I changed it over the Internet! I can't do anything! Please help.

This is a common problem for customers who change their number on the Self-Serve site. What you have to do after every time to change your number is program it. Simply dial *22803 from your handset and follow the prompts!
