Help Changing my billing adress on SelfServe.

So the family next door received my bill, when i checked it it said 86 **** Dr instead of 88 **** Dr

So to fix this i have been looking around the koodo website (logged in, under self serve) i went to manage accounts. For the life of me i just can''t find how to change the billing address, any ideas?

Help would be appreciated.

Hey,

Go to Self Serve, and click on the ''Manage Account(s)'' link. Make sure you select the row that has ''N/A'' listed as the phone number, and submit. Finally, click ''ecare'' on the left hand side, and then ''Change Mailing Address'' on the upper left hand corner of the big label that pops up. That should do the trick.
