Do I get a charge to my cell phone company when someone call me using magic jack. it is a long-distance call

If someone calls your cell phone on a magicJack, for you it's the same as if someone local called you. If you have unlimited incoming on your cell phone, you won't be charged. Otherwise, you are charged normal local airtime rates (and more if you're roaming).
