Hello ,
I Have i serious problem with my majicjack. I put some credit four times through my mastercard and after the process going through i do not get any credit on my magicjack to make my intrenational calls. I tried calling the customer officer no one takes the call and no email to contact them.
so please if any one has ever had such a situation kindly advice as how to go about the problem. i realy need to make the call and also afraid of my credit card been misuse.

am having the same problem... I have added credit many times and made International Calls but recently I contacted their customer service online because I am getting an order confirmation but the credit is not been added... and was told that there is an issue with my service provider and as soon as it is resolved I will be informed.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM IN BUYING INTERNATIONAL MINUTES, I'VE BEEN CHATTING WITH THEM FOR OVER 20 HRS. FIRST THEY TOLD ME THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY MASTERCARD ADDRESS WHICH IS NOT TRUE, THEY TOLD ME TO TRY ANOTHER COMPUTER WITH A DIRREFENT INTERNET PROVIDER, IT DID'T WORK, THEN I TRIED A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. NOW I AM ABLE TO ORDER THE INTL. MINUTES, THE SCREEN SHOWS AN INVOICE AND ALL LOOKS FINE BUT I DONT GET THE MINUTES CREDITED TO MY ACCT. LAST TIME I CHATTED WITH THEM THEY SAID THAT THE ENGINEERING DEPT. WAS WORKING ON THE PROBLEM. LUCKYLY THE TEMP CHARGES SHOWN ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCT AFTER SO MANY TRIALS (15 TIMES) WERE ALL ERASED. I SUGGEST THAT ALL THE PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM GET TO CHAT WITH THEM TO LET MJ KNOWS THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF US WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.
