Permission level required to edit redirect URLs

Great plugin. But I can't set the permission level required to edit redirect URLs. I see the dropdown box on the bottom of the Settings page, but the box is "condensed". Its too small to show any options.

What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?
Also, are you logged in as the administrator user?
If a different browser doesn't help and you are logged in as an administrator, perhaps the dropdown isn't being populated at all. You could try using "View Source" to see whether there are items in the dropdown list.
