I TOTALLY AGREE WITH U!!!!!! KOODO SUX!! Since friday night i cannot receive ANY txt msgs!!!( I could send txts tho) and today (sunday)at aroun 5 oclock pm i just got like 65 msgs in a minute…they delivered all the txts at the same time (those from friday and saturday ) …im so pissed

oh and did i mention IM TIRED OF THOSE DUPLICATES

I've had no problem sending nor receiving texts. None of the texts that were sent to me were ever late. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.

Just wanted to add that I've only ever had that problem ONCE and they deductd 10 dollars from my bill as a sorry.
Never had the problem since!

I LOVE KOODO!!!!!!
Perfect for anyone who doesn't feel like getting ripped off! :)

NOBODY beats Koodo for the price! I'm a high user and I pay $102.00 + tax. That's it! 33hrs of talk time including long distance, unlimited text, voicemail5, after 5pm free. If you can find a better deal in Toronto, Canada you let me know!!!

I hate Koodo! Every time i phone their "customer service" center, i get some snotty high-and-mighty customer service rep who feels they can talk down to me, and even argue. Straight up argue! And this is EVERY TIME I CALL! I have NEVER had a real customer service rep when phoning this company. Last time, it was so bad, i said "Can you please stop shouting and interrupting? I didn't call in to argue, I just want to speak with your supervisor" and he said "The only way to resolve is to argue" and kept refusing to transfer my call. My issue with Koodo is that they shut my phone off in November, and then didn't provide me with service, but continued to CHARGE me for the service, for 2 months. They said this was because I "didn't cancel it properly". HOw was I to know how to properly cancel my phone when the CSR didn't mention anything? He's the one who told me I was cut off! I am NEVER using Koodo again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!! They are just some Jo-Circus operation and all I can hear in the background when talking with them are people talking about how drunk they got on the weekend. Koodo: BAD CALL!!!

koodo's suck big time tomorow this dam phone is going back. i reli on texting and i told that to the clerk. he said this was a good company for texting , dam wrong all the way.
i cant send out any text's at all and i have unlted texting .
never again . pissed rite off.
o and costumer service is closed wen i need them , pff .
service suck so bad , mite as well go with roger . and thay realy suck. but at lesst i can get my dam text out.

I totally agree with everything you guys are saying, they added $280 to my bill but nobody could tell me why and then refused to remove it, unhelpful rude and annoying are three words that perfectly describe there sales reps, as soon as i can i'm going back to aliant they cost more but the service is better, i guess you get what you pay for. Just my .02 cents take it for what it's worth. Regards

I've never had a problem with the customer service/Koodo reps
I switched from Bell mobility to Koodo recently and have yet to have any issues. Maybe it is just something about people in the east, but here in Edmonton, I've never had customer service this amazing.

Rogers ripped me off so bad, said I went over my fwacking texting limite, and they charged me for messages I didn’t sign up for.

Koodo's Customer Service does suck...HARD. Here is your easiest best solution. Go to your local Walmart, which must have a Connection Centre. If it's the weekdays ask for the C/C Manager. He/She will call Koodo for you and try to get it rectified. I am a Connection Centre Manager and I can attest to their crummy cust service. However, in their defence most Cell companies suck at customer service. The only Cell company we don't deal with is Bell Mobility. I can easily say they all suck customer service wise.

Its nice to see that I am not alone in my thoughts about Koodo's customer service. They are only there when you have something simple to solve. I am not sure what the cancellation policy is, I just sent them a cancellation notice via e-mail about a week ago and like every other time I have had any dealings with them, no response is a normal response!!!

now you guys really scare me, I need to cancel my account and know I have to pay about 95$. All I want is to cancel it, I m leaving the country and will get another phone. Seing what you guys write, all I want is to cancel it peacefully... geez.... I can t believe the things they ve said to you...

ok i like koodos $25 unlimited text plan but i hate the fact that they have like 8 phones that you can choose from and that you never get you texts when you want and there is a problem sending texts. i hate the fact that you need to pay 5 dollars more for caller id and i hate the fact that there customer service people suck however if you complain they sure do give you stuff. i complained for the first 2 months i was with koodo i wond up paying 15 dollars for my phone 2 months bills paid for and 10 free ringtones however showering me with gifts still does not make me happy i want them to fix there texting problems get a new line of phones in and maybe some blackberrys to but oh wait they are probably going to make us pay 50 dollars to get a data plan because its... KOODO

Oh wow, some bad experiences here, but really you can't dis koodo for that, only because its all the same or worse with other cellphone companies too, no matter how much you may think that any of them differ. I personally have had a few problems with koodo, but they were all fixed with a phone call! I had a problem where I wasn't receiving incoming texts, my inbox was full and i deleted the messages in the inbox, but basically it just got stuck, too much information trying to get through at the same time i'm guessing. I called a koodo mobile service rep(do this from a home phone so you don't get charged, inconvenient but it works) and with a few minutes a was getting all my messages, and yes this type of thing HAS happened with other cellphone companies! Also, I had to send koodo my phone to have it replaced, I was told no charge would be added to my account, and at the end of the month i received my bill and there was the charge they promised wouldn't be on there, a 5 minute call later, and the charge was removed.

been with telus for over 20 years and finnally left them only to get worse service/phone/plan/the website - all koodo junk!!

KOODO TRULY SUCKS

they took over 3 weeks to get the phone to me...people cant hear me the phone does not work properly..then they charge me for 800 calls during the day...what a joke!!..who can i call during the evening on an 800 number??...how could a company be worse then telus??...its true it can be so..been with them one month...leaving them tommorow..gonna try rogers

You guys rock. A few days ago my folks went out to pick the best plan for me. I asked them to check out Koodo. Thank God a guy came up and said "my phone service was cut off for a week". Otherwise I would have been stuck with a painfully crappy Koodo phone. A Roger's family plan is better. I'm getting the Samsung Gravity, great for all those texting fans. If you saw the "slides in, slides out" Rogers commercial, thats the phone.
